Pizza Reheat Instructions

THERE ARE A FEW DIFFERENT WAYS TO REHEAT MY FOCACCIA / PIZZA. It Depends On If It Was Frozen, Refrigerated, Or Just Picked Up And If You Want It More Crispy Or Soft.

Method 1
Oven or Microwave (Regular to More Crispy!!)

This is for if you just picked up your pizza and you want it slightly warmer.

Oven

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Deg
  2. Remove from Box
  3. Place on non-stick cookie sheet or tray
    1. You can heat direct on oven rack with parchment paper or aluminum foil also.
  4. Heat for 3 -5 minutes Max
    1. Check on it at the 3 minute mark. All ovens vary in performance

Microwave

  1. Remove From Box
  2. Place on a microwave use approved tray or plate
  3. Set Microwave to Medium
  4. Heat for 10-15 Seconds
    1. Check at 10 second mark. All Microwaves Vairy In Performance

Method 2
From Freezer, Refrigerator to Oven (Regular to More Crispy!!)

  1. Thaw Product
    1. You can thaw overnight in the fridge or leave on countertop at room temperature for a max of 2 hours or 70 degrees whichever comes first.
  2. Remove all packaging materials
  3. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  4. Place on non-stick cookie sheet or tray
    1. You can heat direct on oven rack with parchment paper or aluminum foil also.
  5. Heat for 10 -15 minutes Max
    1. Check on it at the 10 minute mark. All ovens vary in performance

NOTE:
If you want it more crispy, you can leave it in longer (extra minute or 2) or increase the heat to 375 but you need to keep an eye on it till you know how your oven reheats my stuff! I have customers that bake it soooo crispy it cuts your mouth and they love it that way!?! Not My thing, but its your kitchen, so have at it… You can also turn down the oven to 275-300 degrees and it will just warm the Focaccia and it will be softer.

Method 3
From Freezer to Microwave (Softer NO CRISP)
Times Are Based on 1000 Watt Microwave

  1. Thaw Product
    1. You can thaw overnight in the fridge or leave on countertop at room temperature for a max of 2 hours or 70 degrees internal whichever comes first.
  2. Remove all packaging materials
  3. Place on a microwave use approved tray or plate
  4. Cover Top with a piece of the plastic packaging or other plastic wrap
  5. Set Microwave to Medium
    1. Heat for 20 to 30 seconds
  6. Remove plastic Packaging and check to see if warm
  7. Set Microwave to High
    1. Heat for 10 to 15 Seconds

NOTE:
This Method creates a soft and spongy bread. BE CAREFUL! Microwaves can cook it rock hard!
All Microwaves Vary In Performance. It is recommended you try the shorter cooking times at first till you know how your microwave reheats my stuff!
BTW, I Hate Microwaves….
